We help patients make an initial enquiry, understand the next steps, and connect with the relevant surgeon or clinical team. The surgeon remains responsible for clinical consultation, treatment suitability, procedure advice, consent, hospital arrangements, surgery and aftercare.

CosmePay does not recommend a procedure, provide medical advice or assess whether surgery is suitable. Those decisions must always be made directly between the patient and the treating surgeon.

Paying for treatment abroad can be stressful. Patients may need to deal with international transfers, currency exchange, foreign bank details, timing of deposits and final balances.
